[Feature Request] Some toggle/option to Load more post than the ones shown on screen. (lemmy.world)

Is this possible or will hurt the performance, battery and memory in a way that it will be horrible? I'm not experienced with webapk apps.

I'd add it as a toggle so it is optional.

Reason: When scrolling (doesn't need to be an aggressive/long scrolling) I see a lot of stuff drawing. Since stuff loads very fast this would be more a visual improvement over a functional one.
