Comparable* not compatible. It’s also not federated right?

Bridging is what enables a Matrix-based app, such as Element, to interoperate with traditional proprietary apps - for instance, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Signal, Telegram or WhatsApp. (and discord)

its not free though. So rather pointless for single individuals

you can self host a matrix server and bridge to all of them (apart from teams) yourself https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy
