I like how they sell fake cocaine to give plausible deniability to those who like to use in the open.

Yeah it's called Wiesnkoks.
This link claims it is a mixture of menthol and glucose, but I have also heard of Schnupftabak/snuff (?) that was dyed white somehow.
Oh and obviously there is plenty of real cocaine at the Oktoberfest as well.
Yea but as the article mentions, Wiesnkoks got prohibited for those exact reasons.
