Won't help in communities where there's literally only one provider, but it's a start.
It will probably still help with comparing different plans. I think they should make different monthly rates illegal though. Like a price hike after half the contract is up. Just make it the same motnhly rate for the entire contract.
It's a loyalty penalty. Instead of discounts you get fleeced harder.
How did it work until now? Are different prices for different speeds not a thing or am I misunderstanding what this bill is supposed to do?
Its not just the cost of the plan, its all the ancillary fees and taxes as well.
