Can't you be a vegetarian and eat only organic animal products?
Eh any animal products will cause suffering to animals, organic or not.
Honestly all large-scale food production does harm, its personally up to you where you want to draw the line of what you want to participate in.
Sure, but buying from your trusted local farmer should be a lot better for the animals?
Better? maybe. Good? not really.
