I've been doing pretty well lately. Still beat myself up regularly but not as thoroughly as in the past.

When I think of myself as worthless, I consider the opinions of those who disagree.

I'm trying to get down the balance of venting something so it's off my chest rather than continuing to wallow in my hurt and anger. That's a hard skill for me to learn - often venting turns into wallowing when I wanted it out of my head.
