Until Truth Social makes a play at buying TikTok.
they can't afford it.
When they're literally being forced to sell the price will drop and the billionaire class would be happy to take over the social media site with all the potential young voters.
They won't win many voters by taking over TikTok, but they can absolutely convince people to not bother voting, which is all they really need to win.
