It's latest Android Design Guidelines, also known as Material Design 3.

It's actually pretty good in order to have UX/UI consistency

Doesn't answer OP question. OsmAnd doesn't use or support Material 3 / Material You design system.

Gotcha, disregard my comment then.

Just for context, Material you when relating to Google Maps refers to the user-generated content that is contributed to the platform. This can include things like photos, reviews, and ratings of places such as businesses, restaurants, and other points of interest.
