Almost happened before, but it was just a picture to advertise my old work and the ended up using a different picture (there were only 3 in the running).
Let's be real, though. With my luck, there's some picture of me that gets used as a stock photo and it'll have a caption like "I have insert disease here and if you need help like me, call this number"
