PEC representative Anna Komarova, along with TEC chairman Vladimir Ryazanov, said they disagreed with Barinova's arguments. They attached several video recordings, which, according to them, prove that the counting was conducted transparently and that Barinova was not actively following the process. The video shows members of the commission surrounding the table, counting ballots and chanting "Putin, Putin, Putin." Komarova also stated that "during the period of PEC work, the observer is subordinate to the chairperson," although this is not true.
At the next meeting on April 16, it is planned to question witnesses on both sides and to watch video recordings from the video recorder at the polling station.
