I like the idea of flatpak but I want the option to block all non-free software and non-free dependencies.

It looks like they do let you filter by license, but it might be nice to have a more prominent indicator on the packages themselves. As for dependencies I'm not too sure - do you know of an example where non-free dependencies get pulled in by a free package? There might be an option to disable this, and if there isn't there really should be.
