Clotted cream freezes no problem. Just pop it in the freezer until the strawberries are ready.

Use it in a curry! Especially for something like Butter Chicken. Once you've got to the stage of making the gravy, add your clotted cream and let it cook down with all the spices. Adds a wonderful buttery element to the curry.
I suppose using it to smite one or more of your enemies is out of the question?
Hmmm, I will need to survey mine enemies for their lactose tolerance.

It works well.in savory meals too so soups and steak source to creamy curries
