Even with this SCOTUS, I don’t see this as being found legal. This is just DeSantis once again wasting Florida’s time and money on a useless culture war distraction.

If he can choose which Religions are allowed does that mean Rabbis and Non Christian Officials will ALSO be barred from volunteering?

Where do you see that he chooses which religions will be represented? The article states that there are no criteria and that anyone can represent themselves. That is one of the listed concerns, that no credentials are required.
