I just got an e-mail that my account has been registered, 9 months after I signed up.
I got this email too and I reminded me that maybe now my login will work, and it did! Last time I tried this, it wasn't working for me.

Got one as well. Something somewhere got unblocked, I guess.
Just a guess, but maybe their db didn't set the flag for sending that email and they fixed it.
I also got this! I had forgotten I even signed up for this instance, back during the grand reddit exodus. It seems like my account has only just been activated, unlike others in this thread, because I don't have any prior emails I can find about my account since I signed up.
