Remember when Guilty Spark said "Oh, I am a genius" ?

That applies to 343i but in the most ironic sense. Like, ithis is such a basic feature, one that was already in previous games. And only now after the game has died an unceremonious death they are adding it? At this point I have to imagine theyre just trying to get the engine back to the way it was before they messed everything up.

Is this because of player demand or no one used the electrical weapons to take down vehicles? Haven't played Infinite in forever.
