Made chicken gyros today, made the chicken, tzatziki sauce, and the pita bread. It all tasted fantastic.

The amazing thing about these are that if you spin them, you can move the plate around and they will stay level.

It’s under all the onions and tomatoes. This wasn’t the best angle to show the tzatziki.

Why does it look like there is barely any stuff on the pita? It should have like 3x the stuff on it, at least. I see like 2 small pieces of chicken...
