The “leg sweep” was clearly an unnecessary use of force and the officer should be prosecuted. None of this “we investigated ourselves and found ourselves innocent “ shit.
Police need to be held to a higher standard.

Footage of the arrest shows the young man being walked along a driveway by an officer before stumbling and falling to the ground, where he begins having a seizure.
