I'm 52 and I saw DK when Jello was singing with them. Yes, I know punk has always been political and woke. I was being sarcastic. I figured of all bands to be sarcastic about going woke, DK was probably the most obvious. It's not like they did anything other than that.
My apologies, I didn't catch the sarcasm in that. I know people who actually think that way and I kind of want to slap them.
No worries. Its sad that people are so dumb they think bands like DK or Crass could ever be "middle goround" on political shit. I can see them going after Leftover Crack saying they were good before they took a leftist stand on housing. It's got us all a little jumpy.
