You're on Linux, mister/miss. You can never be done with customizing. Also 9.8/10 because I didn't really like the green scroll indicator. Other than that great setup

Is it a problem only for the terminal or all Qt apps?

Only for the terminal, it's tied to font color and I don't know how to fix that, probably have to change to the new color scheme

Yea it's definitely a color scheme issue. Konsole's color scheme I think

What applet are you using to move the file/edit/ect menus to the top bar?

It's called "global menu" and it can be found in widget menu

That's what I'm trying to do for the past couple of days, but I seem to never get bash theme to work right

Do a search for bash-it if you haven't found that already. It has a lot of built in easily modifiable themes as well as a bunch of other optional extensions.
