The work of the Russian "PeVeO" in all its "splendor"

A video of a drone attack on an oil refinery in Taman (Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation) has appeared online.

They tried to shoot down a drone flying towards the refinery with small arms fire - judging by the sounds of bursts and eloquent comments of eyewitnesses.

What, in Russia such important strategic facilities are guarded only by watchmen with guns? Where is the air defense equipped to the teeth?
