The number of Palestinians killed has not been updated in months because the means by which to reliably count the dead (i.e. hospitals) has been destroyed. The number is likely much higher than that.

Tbf Tiktok sucks ass. The recent surge of pro-Palestine content is basically the only redeeming factor.
