Yes, I knew he ran it but I didn't know he was on Hexbear.
This looks like a Peertube instance. Peertube instances can federate with Hexbear (though viewing posts can be a bit finnicky, sometimes you have to force them to federate) and with other Peertube instances. So if someone wants to spin up a Peertube instance to connect with them, that's also a valid way to interact with their content.
Additionally, in more recent updates there is streaming support.
Just be aware that your IP will be visible to seeders and leechers of Peertube vids.

I'm still working towards the official unveiling but I can't keep it under wraps lol. I want to at least upload some of my stuff and troubleshoot a couple things first but I've been too distracted by Kerbal Space Program >_<
