Good. About time these companies have to pay for not even doing the bare minimum.

“The city’s taxpayers should not be responsible for the damage caused by the Stough Development Group’s failure to maintain its property in a safe and reasonable manner,” the city alleged in the lawsuit. “[T]he city’s infrastructure was damaged and public transportation and access to Main Street was impeded.”
