i like how they bold and underline the "not anti-immigration" and then spend several sentences blowing the loudest anti-immigration and racist dog whistle into a megaphone. and it's so loud they have to add a sentence about how they aren't racist.

it reminds me of how the Amway literature says they are not a pyramid scheme and they "prove" it by saying that pyramid schemes are illegal and they follow the laws.
