Michael Schratt speculates the possibility that we, our gov't/military may have reverse engineered alien tech already to some extent. Also the possibility that we may have developed super advanced tech all on our own that looks like UFOs. When talking about the tic tac ufo, he says it could be our gov't chasing itself, normal navy pilots chasing black program tech, unknowingly. Obviously it's speculation, but it's interesting to ponder.
