Best Extensions for Safari? (self.apple)

What do you think are the BEST extensions for Safari? Or do you use another browser? Here are mine that I am currently testing:

Wipr / Adguard (while Adguard is complete, it is very energy-hungry. On the Wipr side, it blocks all ads but lacks Cookie windows for example)
Unsmartifier (to block App store ads on certain web pages)
Redirect Web for Safari (the app seems to be great but doesn’t work, surely because I use the beta version of iOS 18, there I can’t be sure)
Qwant for Safari (I like this search engine and it recently got an update integrating an AI response to Google)

And you, what do you use?

I really like Baking Sodaand vinegar to get native Video players everywhere, and dark night for dark mode on websites that don’t support it natively.
