I thought they agreed to tell the world that Rimuru and Hinata's fight ended in a draw, but I guess Dwargon is pretty good at information gathering that they were not fooled.
Since last episode we get a new opening song, with visuals of (what I presume is) the upcoming festival.
Ramiris is still so funny and her VA gave some excellent voice acting. The usually calm Treyni acts really, really differently around Ramiris and spoils her rotten. I forgot she's not a subject of Rimuru; she helps and cooperates with him in the interest of the forest, and as a friend I guess.
The elven nation Thalion's emperor Elmesia El-Ru Thalion is introduced. She seems quite impressed with Rimuru's economic sense. We also get a glimpse of how much a doting parent Erald is, which Elmesia took full advantage of.
Meanwhile, Rimuru got the idea of asking Ramiris to create a dungeon and run it as a tourist (adventurer) attraction. Ramiris is delighted to lose her unemployed shut-in status.
We also have a new ending song since last episode, showing Shuna in a modern Japan setting.
