Nope. Never even heard of Tufts University. To me, a tuft is a grouping of hair. I spent ages discounting Rice though because it was the only other one left and I could not imagine someone would name a university Tufts.
I might skip today's puzzle
It feels too specific to the US. I'm having to try every word I can find since I don't know which ones match college names and which ones are just words
