It's the year 2124. Our descendants are fighting a war against the Cyberpunk corporate dytopia companies and are currently in a shoot-out with some private-police operated drones. Suddenly they notice a dude with a ridicolously big moustache on the street who probably can't quite accept the fact that cybernetic implants are here to stay. You stop shooting and rush to him, because hell the culture war must be furthured.
