Seems like eeryone is on the stir fry choo choo train. I don't want to be left behind so I am on the stir fry choo choo as well tonight.

Last night I did a stir fry of chicken with ginger plum sauce, and it was nice but it made me crave the beef with cashew nuts that I used to order. So tonight I'm going to have a crack at it 🤞

too hot, too tired...lots of prep today so opted for Empanadas that my wife picked up in her way back from a friends

I made pumpkin soup with english muffins on the side. Went a little heavy with the cracked pepper but was still good.
