I am a fan of using dual touchpads on the Steam Controller, but could not get comfortable with using the Steam Deck in the same fashion due to the touchpad placement.

Anyone try these grips?

I honestly never could figure out why the steam controller points towards you instead of away from you. I always found it deeply uncomfortable.

So it rests better on your palm and makes your thumbs to be higher above the touch pads and not just laid on it as the "normal" controllers.

It's got completely different ergonomics from a regular controller, yeah. I BELIEVE the idea is you hold it with your index and ring fingers on bumper/triggers, instead of just index fingers up top. This makes the grips rest comfortably in the palms, at least for me,
