Substation attacked in Oktyabrsky district of Kursk region of Russian Federation - people left without power

Due to a fire at a transformer substation after the fall of UAV debris, there is no power supply in Kurchatov and five other districts of the Kursk region, said Acting Governor Alexei Smirnov.

The district is due East of the Kursk Nuclear power plant: Google maps

I picked the Southern most house I could find on the map in that district and its only 30km by road to the Kursk Nuclear power plant.
