Even semi submersible would probably work against helicopters. Hide most of the vessel underwater and only float the antenna. Would be a much much harder target to hit.

It's pretty hard to hide a wake, and I'm sure Russia has basically a solid wall of sonar buoys out there.

Oh my suggestion isn’t to avoid detection for the most part, but just the Russians are currently using bullets against these drones. If the only part that can be hit is much smaller, it might take an unreasonable amount of firepower to handle them. I imagine only a torpedo might be able to hit this? But maybe not if they are all designed to hit larger ships.
