Any combination of processor, memory, MB, gpu will always act differently. A question so simple as RAM size vs Speed and Cost has no clear answer, LMG alone has at least 4 attempts in the last 4 years.

This gets worse as hardware companies are mudding naming/specs of their products, USB i7.2 pro plus max anybody?

To think reviewer's numbers will apply to you is short sighted. The absolute best it does is differentiating between generational leaps 12700 vs 13700, brand specific performance AMD 6969 vs nvidia 4020, and wide impressions on their applicability (can it run crysis?).

LABS will be the absolutely first time to stress those components to their limits in a controlled environment, but even that level of accuracy -which is desperately needed- the results might not apply to you as is.
