For context: Stickermule sure had a hissie fit when Trump got grazed. But they sure don't seem to have any problems with it happens to anybody else.

Seems like a credible threat that could be reported to certain 3 -letter agencies to me. But what do I know? It's not like their license plate isn't fully viewable in this picture or anything.

My high-school gf was a junior, '87 or so, when she wrote something about assassinating the President. Can't remember if it was her journal or what, think it was for a writing class.

The United States Secret Service paid her and her parents a visit. Imagine that. A 16-yo girl writes some shit and the USSS pays a wellness check.

Yes, this is 100% this man's right to display. It's also well within reason for the Secret Service to have questions.

And while it is not my right to put some bullet holes in it when no one is looking, that's a thing as well. A Texaco Cocktail would actually make a stronger point. In theory of course!

If y'all liberals don't pull your head out of your ass and fight back, be it on your head when the trains start.

I can't find it now, but there was a really good article posted recently about how violence and terror is the sucker's game, and empowers the right. Calling them weirdos and making it clear just how dumb their views is the way to go.

When one person is willing to use violence, and the other is not, when they are in conflict, who will win? At some point words will not be enough. The Nazis didn't lose in WWII from people being nice

When it’s only a few thousand people in a country with 300 million, the only way it can last very long is if the people running the country want it to.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 weeks ago

Will i got news for you it's not a few thousand people in a country with 300 million people. Its millions of people. The US has a fascism problem. Empowered by an entrenched political party that only cares about itself, not about the people

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 weeks ago

They put out flags and wear hats in order to bait people into confrontation.

[–] [email protected] 22 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Especially combined with Trump saying "Off to the train station". The "train station" is from the tv show Yellowstone. It's code for where they take people to murder them.

[–] [email protected] 22 points 3 weeks ago

Also, the Holocaust trains

There was a version of this with Biden months ago. It probably counts as satire and is protected by the 1st amendment guarantee of freedom of speech.

[–] [email protected] 35 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago) (2 children)

The first amendment isn’t really a guarantee of free speech so much as it’s used as a foundation of how far speech will be tolerated— there are limits to the 1st Amendment. Sedition/treason, incitements to violence, fraud, and many others.

But, since our justice system is punitive rather than preventative (for the most part), it’s best to keep in mind that freedom of speech in America does not always translate to freedom of consequences for that speech. You can (and many do) say what you want - and “speech” has been interpreted to mean many forms of expression - but you may find yourself run afoul of either a few restrictive laws or, worse, massive societal consequences.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 3 weeks ago

Tho it's worth pointing out that threatening to kill the president is one of the most illegal forms of speech in the US. To the point that it could be illegal to say it alone in a room to yourself out loud

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago

there are limits to the 1st Amendment. Sedition/treason, incitements to violence

And this includes all of those.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago)

Doesn't mean it can't be reported as a credible threat. An investigation will determine if it's protected or that it isn't. But that doesn't stop someone from being put on a list, nor does it protect them from being investigated. Which is my point at any rate.

What state license plate is it?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 weeks ago
[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago)

Ask yourself why that would matter to the Secret Service or the FBI who can just run that plate number for all states and territories along with the description of the truck (color, make/model).

I'm also going to say this has probably been posted somewhere else on the internet at higher quality unless op took this photo themselves.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 3 weeks ago

It is utterly tasteless but might not be considered an active threat. They are an edgy clown but there's no indication they will attempt to do anything from that image alone. I'm sure it would make fine evidence in a court case next to, say, guns and maps. But I don't think it can be the basis for a case.

This version also has some darker undertones compared to the Biden one. But they all worship and idolize a rapist so no surprise there.

[–] [email protected] 63 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

These people are scared of everything.

[–] [email protected] 40 points 3 weeks ago

They really are. I install security systems as part of my job. I would guess that well over 80% of the customers I deal with are conservative based on their Fox viewership.

[–] [email protected] 43 points 3 weeks ago

The thin blue line flag could be bigger. I guess he doesn’t actually care about the cops.

[–] [email protected] 42 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

Thin blue line flag, and probably other "back the blue" and "law and order" shit in their lives, while supporting a serial criminal, rapist, fraudster, traitor, with 43 felonies, and dozens more on the way, and promoting kidnapping and treason. I'm thinking this guy probably lost his last three braincells to bleach injections.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 3 weeks ago

Harris has also been a prosecutor, District Attorney, and Attorney General. Mr. Blue Line Flag over there in the 2017 Chevrolet truck with Wisconsin license plate SE9838 is illustrating his desire to violently abduct not only the Vice President, but a lifelong law-enforcement official.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

Cops generally don't like these decals. Not because they might disagree with the statement, but because they might not recognize that it's a decal at first and wont want to risk being the one who let a kidnapper get away when they might want Hero Cop status. Bet this guy gets pulled over all the time.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 weeks ago

When I'm driving, I really don't appreciate those hyper-realistic decals, stickers that depict the back door of the moving van being open. With shit and/or people inside. From a distance & at first glance, I look & see a security risk. I look closer & I'm like, what is this nonsense?? Oh. It's just a sticker.

And I can see pretty well; I am able to look closer & see it's not real. But what about people that can't see as well? Or aren't very intelligent but are allowed to drive anyway? There are plenty of those.

I just see a low-key shock/deception ad that could potentially induce panic. Not very smart. Shouldn't be legal, honestly.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago) (1 children)

You'd have to be incredibly stupid to not realize it's a decal. I mean like unable to get a driver's license, or hold a job levels of stupid. But there are other reasons to pull him over. It's a vulgar display in public. I wouldn't want my 5 year old kid seeing that on the way to school.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 3 weeks ago

First, being too smart can get you barred from being a cop.

Second, I've seen pickup trucks pulled over for less realistic Halloween decorations then this.

[–] [email protected] 36 points 3 weeks ago (3 children)

One thing I don’t get, why invite political discussion everywhere you go? This is literally just going to make their life more abrasive.

[–] [email protected] 51 points 3 weeks ago

They need that, though. They crave any chance to say their lines they’ve rehearsed in their heads for months.

[–] [email protected] 19 points 3 weeks ago

They are essentially sandpaper

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 weeks ago

they loudly advertise positions they know are controversial because it's a win/win for them. someone confronts them? they have a claim of being victimized for their beliefs and quite possibly the chance to violently defend themselves and become famous conservative celebrities like Rittenhouse. if nobody confronts them? they feel like strong powerful men because "everyone is too scared to come face them". this is probably the only time in their lives they can feel like strong successful males like this, so it becomes an addiction. it leads to more and more garish advertisement of controversy to get either one outcome or the other.

I just switched the company I work for off of sticker mule due to the weirdo CEO. Trying out a place called JukeBox which did a good job on the first order. Had good packaging too. If anyone has alternatives we should track them somewhere. Jukebox just happened to be in the first few search results and I was in a hurry. Probably keep using them though unless their CEO turns into a creep as well.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 3 weeks ago

Sticker Robot is great. But they do a proper silkscreened print. It’s a whole different situation than the digital stuff that StickerJackass and others do.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 3 weeks ago

Sticker Ninja is a really great small company that puts out really quality stickers.

[–] [email protected] 24 points 3 weeks ago

These people are children and it's incredible they don't see it.

[–] [email protected] 21 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Remember that time when trump's ear got grazed by a bullet and the entire GOP screamed that there is no place for violence in politics? These were the good old days

[–] [email protected] 10 points 3 weeks ago

Those long days that lasted about 30 minutes. Good old days

[–] [email protected] 19 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Really? Why do they hate her already? She hasn’t even done much yet.

[–] [email protected] 50 points 3 weeks ago (3 children)
[–] [email protected] 19 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

A black woman. She became black recently, but she was always black too. It's the famous MAGA Blackness Enigma.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Didn't Trump mix up two different people in his mind? I forgot who he could have meant but either way terrible answer.

It's because she's a Democrat. They have the same hatred towards every Democrat, including you, if you're one.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago

That's half the reason.

[–] [email protected] 14 points 3 weeks ago

Ew...just...ew

[–] [email protected] 10 points 3 weeks ago

Stay classy backwoods fuck stick.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

At least it's not a Confederate flag

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 weeks ago

That one is being ironed by their mom. It'll be back on the truck tomorrow.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago

At this point are they just trying to be ironic?
