Is there a translation error in this blog post? I've had Cheap Dungeon and Slide I+XIV available since I unlocked the toy chest years ago.

No. They’re making them available again for others to unlock them.

If this is your first year celebrating the Rising, you'll unlock several mini-games that were playable in previous iterations of the seasonal event!

It's weird though because I never did those events. I just had them as soon as I unlocked the toy chest.
