I personally consider it a classic, regradless of how much (or how little) accuracy has to the actual book.
Honestly I loved it because it was PJ content and the visuals were cool…but the disrespect to the actual book makes it bad. They shouldn’t have deviated so much.
Really liked most of the casting, primarily Percy. I think he was a perfect cast.
I liked it for what it was but hated it for what it wasn’t.
It was a good movie on its own, but a very shitty adaptation. I agree that the cast was perfect. I hope there’s a cameo or at least a nod to them in the new series.
