Hmmm... A month ago Ukraine announced a longer range new drone.

I would say it's looks like a winner.

In the car video, flash at about +4.167 seconds, explosion sound at about +11.7 seconds, speed of sound ~340 m/s, so figure the camera is about 2.5 km or 1.5 miles away from the ammo dump.
