even though performance is worse due to server load...

Just shows you the importance of choosing domain names

That's funny, I chose my instance because of its domain name too!

that's definitely why I chose it. Figured it would have the most diverse community due to the generic name.

That's why I chose it, along with the description, which was something along the lines of, "a general purpose Lemmy instance."
