Oh noes! How are they ever going to pay that with $80 billion in yearly revenue??? Someone think about the shareholders, for fucks sake! (That is 0.03875%, btw.)

Reminder: The government levies fines according to law. They don't get to make shit up according to how heinous you feel the offense is.

The obvious solution is revenue based fines, but what legislator is voting for that?
