Hi everyone,

I have the Asus b650e-i, which only has 1 fan header, the AIO pump header, and the CPU fan header. This is in the Dan C4 SFX

I’m using the Noctua d12l which is plugged into the CPU fan header, and have a be quiet silent wings pro 4 as the side exhaust plugged into the fan header.

I added two Noctua slim 120mms as top intake and connected them and the side exhaust to the fan header using a splitter.

This works, but in Fan Control all these fans are controlled through one fan curve which isn’t really what I want. I’d like the side exhaust to have an independent curve to the two top intake fans which I really only want to run on low speed at all times to bring in a little extra cooling for my 4090.

Question I have is, can I run the two intake fans using the AIO pump header and then run the side exhaust through the fan header? Will that allow me to control them separately in fan control and is there any downside to this?

I’m not super familiar with the difference in the different headers so not sure if this is a viable option or if I have to get a fan controller like a Corsair iCue and run them through that.

Thanks in advance
