Years ago, quite a few Youtubers used to poke fun at this Youtuber called "Spirit Science". The channel had high quality animations and voice acting, but revolved around the weirdest religious and historical beliefs out there.
For a long time, I thought it was actually a fictional story, but it turns out the creator genuinely believes every word he says.
Not many people talk about Spirit Science anymore. Sir Sic is the only one I know who has it on his radar. But, the channel still exists, even if it gets fewer views than it needs to.
I'm wondering if there are any other channels similar to Spirit Science which have gone under radars? Cults that are popular in their own niche but unknown outside of it.
The closest I've heard is Teal Swan. I don't know much about her, but I know some Youtubers like Owen Morgan/Telltale Atheist have critiqued her as cult-like at the very least, if not a cult leader.
