Thats what he says on camera but his party that he controls has been working to slow down the count for a month or so at least. Requirement to hand count all ballots in a state from the get go for example.

Have they tried making it ILLEGAL to count Early Ballots BEFORE Election Night? That might make it Easier to count everything in ONE night!
