I think it belonged to Sony. Death Stranding just got released on Xbox as well.

I think this is in the list of games I've pirated but not installed. How high in my backlog priority should it be? Would it join the games I have pirated but later purchased?

You either fall in love with it or you get bored.

It pulled me in. Completely. The world building is genius. The music is amazing. The weirdness is everywhere.

The gameplay is tedious, repetitive and kinda boring. But as you connect more and more places, you get more tools and help from others, tedious journeys become short trips and suddenly everything feels closer to each other.

Overcoming hardship to connect the world again never felt so satisfying.

It coming to Xbox brings joy to my life.

Idk why that game just have me such horrific chills, don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVED the game... But after the lions and then losing that vital part of yourself I just couldn't continue... I should give it a go again

Also sorry, its been a year+ since I've played i can't remember the actual terns

It’s worth trying out just for the weirdness of it all.

Depends if you like the genre or not.

Iirc Death Stranding relied a lot in interactions between players on a persistent world. I'm not sure if that would really work on a pirated version...

I coincidentally played it during covid lockdown and the thematic connections to the moment were really special. Bird flu is coming, maybe wait for the next pandemic lockdowns and try it then?

Praying for another global pandemic to really cement in the work-from-home paradigm
