I think I was using the web page just before and after the update, and quickly noticed that things were much nicer to use!!

Thanks to the devs and admins here. Awesome to see the work!

We'll test things out here for a day or so, and if all goes smoothly we'll likely do a release tomorrow or monday.

Also, thanks!!

I was actually going to create a post to say that lemmy.ml performance has been somehow better in the past couple of days and it feels especially snappy in the past few hours! And then I saw this post 😊

To whomever is directly or indirectly involved: Keep up the good work 🚀

When you posted this first a few hours ago, i wasn't seeing it on the bottom of the page, but now I see: UI: 0.18.1-rc.11 BE: 0.18.1-rc.10

It's running much better, although the triggers on new inserts are still causing me timeouts on creating new activities. My most recent comment never refreshed the UI, but it did go in.

Thank you guys for getting the fixes in! I'm starting to also see some of the comments make it across to peer instance.

Could have used some warning on the new Active view. Looked like my community here had lost over 90% of the post history.
