I think the blue category today is BS. Most people in the world wouldn't know these are a certain type of thing, it's very local.

How do you always know which category is the purple? You seem to always solve that one first. I've only been playing this for a few days but I haven't found it to be consistently the most difficult

I figure out what I think is the solution in Connections Copilot (which lets you rearrange the words on cards without providing any advice) first. Much of the time, the one I figure out last is the hardest. One sure-fire way to know a particular category is the purple one is if it's a "Something _______" type one. In today's case it was literally "what's left over after I've solved the others" (and the fact that either

Spoilers blueturtle or club could be kinds of crackers, but I was reasonably confident about the other three being crackersβ€”which in retrospect was mostly just luck
