Different publisher ofc, but I can totally see Riot using this as carte blanche to censor any streamer whose statements they disagree with, especially ones critical of their games.

On the one hand, i fully believe they should be able to target players they know are a problem without them strictly breaking TOS, but i tend not to completely trust corpos. Not that i care about riot games anyway.
