Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has confirmed that Chechen strongman Ramzan Kadyrov is in critical condition due to serious illness, SBU Spokesperson Andriy Yusov told the Ukrainian news outlet Obozrevatel on Sept. 15.

Could be either. Kadyrov is a loudmouth who restricts Russia's direct control over Chechnya, and has proved that he's not nearly as useful as he likes to pretend, but he's also an eager Putin bootlicker and a core part of ensuring Chechnya doesn't rebel.

Either way, I hope it's fucking terminal.

Putin is not the only one doing murder. People might be killing rivals or actually wotking towards ending the old elites.

Notably, not all Chenians are happy with this guy and Russian domination.
