I swear, these guys must go to some special school for downplaying. They'll say, "Yeah, I'll admit I used to party a little bit hard on the weekends" and then you find out they dismembered three women and buried them in the basement.
That the report's release timing is given out before the report certainly gives Gaetz plenty of time to get out in front of the reporting. Gotta manage that public response.
