No, the card does not have a PCIe switch.

Doesn't need one since the b580 only uses 8 lanes. The card can just pass the other 8 through the board to some m.2 sockets.

What would be REALLY cool would be for Intel to use some of the extra lanes to add a thunderbolt 5 port (or two) on the high end cards.
